“Safety of the Nissan Murano:
The Nissan Murano is a very safe SUV that will give you miles of peaceful travel experiences. The pictures below are of a 2007 Nissan Murano that was in a head on collision with a car that was out of control by a drunk driver and flipped in the air twice before landing on the hood of the Murano. As you can see from the photos, the front of the vehicle took all the impact. The car basically bounced off of the hood and landed in the street in front of the Murano. The shatterproof glass windshield kept the passengers from getting glass on them or inside the vehicle. The airbags deployed as they were designed to do and the two passengers in this head on collision received no injuries due to the safety features in place in the Murano. If you are considering buying or leasing a new car or SUV, I would seriously consider the Nissan Murano. It is a great vehicle. It is an extremely safe vehicle and can and should give you peace of mind.
